Stuart Shultz, chef and owner of the Perfect
Pear has been working with food for twenty five years and
has never lost his keen interest in culinary trends. He and
his staff take pride in developing refined and innovative
menus which change with the seasons and reflect the latest
New York tastes.
"We
distinguish ourselves from other local caterers by regularly
experimenting with our menus," says Stuart. "We
offer our clients a larger and more varied choice of hors
d'oeuvres, salads, entrees and desserts."

Stuart
trained in Italy and at the Restaurant School in New York.
He co-founded Table D'Hote Restaurant in New York in 1978
which he left to start The Perfect Pear. Stuart's team is
composed of professional kitchen and wait staff, whom he personally
selects and holds to very exacting standards. The Perfect
Pear works from a commercial commissary and is fully insured.
