he cost of catering your event is based on your choice of menu, the number of guests, costs of rental equipment and staffing. A menu is priced according to the simplicity or complexity of its preparation, as well as current market prices for ingredients. Party rental prices vary, too. You can rent standard all-purpose glasses or hand blown goblets, plain cotton linens or custom made prints and damasks, stainless steel or silverplate flatware; it depends on your taste and budget. Our rental companies supply it all, and we can guide you to the best choices.

A well-run event requires adequate staff–chefs, bartenders, waiters, coat-check person. The Perfect Pear will carefully examine, evaluate and recommend to you the number of staff required to insure a successful event, taking into consideration the number of guests, complexity of menu, type of service (ie. sitdown or buffet) and the length of the party. All our staff are thoroughly experienced professionals who take pride in their work and dedicate themselves to the success of your event.
