A well-run event requires adequate staffchefs,
bartenders, waiters, coat-check person. The Perfect Pear will
carefully examine, evaluate and recommend to you the number
of staff required to insure a successful event, taking into
consideration the number of guests, complexity of menu, type
of service (ie. sitdown or buffet) and the length of the party.
